- No liability will be taken on the riding expertise of the participants or any motorcycling incidents / road accidents during the expedition.
- All guests are strongly advised to get a comprehensive preventive health check-up done prior to the expedition including a dental check-up (dental issues at high altitudes can be very painful). Also, they should consult their physician about the use of Diamox (used to help in acclimatization).
- All guests are required to have a medical fitness certificate for travel to high altitude, from their doctor prior to the expedition.
- All guests are also required to fill up a Medical & Liability wavier form prior to the expedition.
- All the above documents are must to be submitted for the confirmation of the slot.
- KTM certified experts will be listing out pre- tour riding preparation guidelines. Every rider is expected to complete this for confirmation of his slot. KTM expert reserves the right to deny joining of any rider if he/she doesn’t complete the minimum requirement.
- Expedition team members must be aware that during the trip certain risks may occur, including but not limited to hazards of traveling to high altitude on a motor bike or any other adventure activities. It may also involve accident or illness in remote places without facilities and caused by the forces of nature. The participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the trip and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitter, employees, or agent, or to any member of the tour group. Event Solutions accepts no liability in respect of illness, personal injury or death or any loss/damage to the property of participant during the trip, however caused.

- Organizers can make changes due to Force Majeure Events or state specific Covid-19 restrictions and they reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip.
- If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events.
- We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip.

- Follow all rules and regulations as directed by the KTM Master Trainers. They are for you and your and fellow trainee’s safety.
- Riding gear – We recommend every participant should have at least the basic safety gears such as right size helmets, riding jackets, hand gloves, riding pants / knee guards, protective footwear, etc. Participants will not be allowed to participate in shorts, track pants, or sleeveless vests at any time during the entire Adventure Academy.
- Zero tolerance – Participants who have bad motorcycle attitude, ego issues or under the influence of any kind of alcohol or drugs during/ beginning of the Adventure Academy will not be allowed.
- Each Participant must maintain strict discipline when it comes to training instructions and riding control.
- Traffic Laws – Follow all the traffic laws. Breaking of any traffic law will not be tolerated. If any participant enroute the Academy is caught by any of the traffic cops for breaking traffic laws, he / she will be responsible for it and must handle that situation by himself / herself.
- No Stunts - Performing bike stunts will not be allowed while on the Adventure Academy.
- Communicate – Always communicate just in case you are facing any kind of riding problems or any kind of health issues during the Adventure Academy to KTM Master Trainers, they will direct you to the paramedic immediately.
- Documents – Please maintain all the necessary documents of your bike such as Vehicle Registration Certificate {RC card}, Insurance Certificate and valid Driving License.
- Maintenance – Get your bike serviced in time, go for a short spin and ensure your bike is as fit as you for the travel to the venue to avoid unwanted interruptions to you and our fellow participants.
- Fuel - Always fill up your tank before the Adventure Academy.
- No Mobile Usage – Participants are not allowed to use electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, while they are under training.
- First Aid Kit – Always carry your personal first aid kit along with you while coming on the Adventure Academy. This is for your own safety as the KTM Master Trainer may be unaware of your medical conditions and appropriate medications.
- Necessity – Always carry hard cash along on the Adventure Academy. There may be many places where there may not be any ATM available and there may be many places where people don’t accept digital forms of payments.
- Acceptance – Always be ready to face all kinds of weather conditions, including rains while you are on Adventure Academy. So, it is better to carry your raincoat, luggage cover, or your winter coat as well.
- Signed declaration indemnifying agency for KTM by all participants giving their consent for any kind of third-party liability.
- The organising team allows only 20 slots per ride for adherence to safety protocols. If the 20 slots are full, you can join the next Pro Getaway in the PRO XP calendar.
- Please avoid carrying expensive watches, jewellery, and electronic items. You are responsible for the safety & security of your personal belongings.
- Personal documents: Driver’s License

- Personal clothing, if needed - Small light weight towel, Cap/hat/buff, insulated water bottle and/or hydration pack, sunglasses with UV protection and ability to cut the glare.
- Personal toiletries, sunscreen lotion, lip balm
- A small First-Aid kit and Medicines, any specific medication you may require.

- Inspect your tyres, suspension, and overall motorcycle before the academy
- Check the rear swing-arm bush for wear and tear and replace if necessary
- Check your chain and rear sprocket for wear.
- Your bike’s clutch is crucial while training. So, make sure that your clutch is in order and adjusted properly.
- Check your battery and earthing connections. The demanding terrain and the riding conditions that you and the machine are likely to encounter on the different training arenas could further accentuate existing problems.
- Check all cables and if any are frayed, replace them.
- It is critical that you know your machine’s fuel consumption.
- Motorcycle helmet with BIS/ISI mark approved (mandatory). Correct size helmets recommended.
- Riding jacket with CE approved armour
