All participants who have made full payment & registered on our website / App are only eligible to participate
1 customer is allowed to participate ONLY ONCE in the city selections during season 1 (Jan – Mar 2023). Repeat participation will be disqualified on-spot
All participants should show valid proof of ownership of a KTM vehicle & valid driving license. These will be verified on-spot and if found tampered, participation will be disqualified, and no refund will be given
Helmets with D-Ring will only be allowed and the participants are expected to carry their own
Selection for next round will be on lap timing basis during your racing academy
All motorcycles will be fitted with transponders (Timing equipment) and lap timing will be taken based on that
KTM will be providing KTM RC 390 GP for riding only on the track
Riders are requested to go leave the bike at the parking area after completion of the session
All riders to attend the compulsory riders briefing before the event starts, failed to do so will result in disqualification.
All the riders will undergo standard classroom theory and track sessions
To register, the participant must have a valid driving license.
No exposed flames allowed in the pit area for the purpose of burning in tire prep.
Any riders missing any session will result in disqualification
Grid position will be decided with respect to the free practice session
Riders must assemble in correct order and line-up on the grid as per the qualifying.
Officials reserves the right to black flag a rider for rough / unsafe riding
Any retaliation on the racetrack or in the pit area for events that happened on the racetrack will be grounds for immediate expulsion and may be banned for the season by the officials
The ruling of track officials is final
No swearing or fighting or physical contact / Trash talking / taunting will be tolerated and immediate disqualification will be done on-spot
No arguing with track officials and other participants
No riding, driving, or racing in the pit
No burnouts on or off the track
All racers are responsible for their pit crews and or family & friends
No alcoholic beverages allowed in the pit area
KTM / Gusto / Experts have right to disqualify any rider from the events in case the rider fails to amend the basic rules and regulations
